Though not the most well-written book, it is one of the most fascinating stories of a dancer's single-minded determination to fulfill her dream throughout her life; then, her unimaginable skill, artistry, and ability to build a theatre in the desert in a town with single digit population. She even painted an audience on the walls so she would have someone to dance for. Even after she could no longer stand and dance, she sat on a chair and "danced" with her feet.
